Who can use the EZbooks system?

EZbooks can be used by a wide range of businesses and personal users. Not only is it an excelent tool for any small business, it can be used by self managed superanuuation funds, rental property owners or even to monitor personal finances.

Does BankLink work with credit unions and building societies?

Yes, BankLink is available for use with many different financial institutions, managaged funds and even credit cards. For a full list of bank accounts that BankLink works with click here.

Does the BankLink Books program support debtors and creditors?

Yes, through the addition of Invoice Plus and Payables Plus debtors and creditors can be managed. Invoice Plus enables you to create professional looking invoices to issue to your clients.

Does BankLink Books have a payroll function?

No, unfortunately BankLink Books does not contain a payroll system. However, this can be overcome by using the ATO's Tax Withheld Calculator if you have a small number of employees.

Is the BankLink System secure?

Absolutely. The BankLink System complies with the strict security requirements demanded by all of the major banks. Your statement data can only be requested by EZbooks with your permission, and the file is sent in an encrypted format so no-one but you or EZbooks can read it.

Will other people be able to access my money?

Absolutely not. BankLink merely collects an electronic copy of your paper bank statement – it is a historical record of your past transactions, not a system which allows any transactions or changes to be made.

Is BankLink available for Mac?

Unfortunately BankLink is only available with PC's.                                                                                                                                                                        

Who is behind EZbooks and what support do I receive?

By using EZbooks as your BankLink provider you will receive full technical support from qualified accountants. This means, if you have any problems using the software we are ready to help fix it.
